Consultation
Our consultation focuses primarily on the 5 key factors of successful farming/ Growing practices:
1. soil
Chemical compositions and how to balance it out, structural composition and tillage practices all with the primary aim to enhance the carbon cycle and regenerating of soil.
2. Irrigation
This is the most important factor that determines the harvest potential of our crops. In the beginning phase of Consultation, we focus 80% of our energy to get the correct systems in place. This is by far one of the critical areas that has been neglected by mainstream Agricultural practices.
3. Plant Genetics
We help our farmers to identify the correct varieties based on field trials and previous experiences with crops. We do believe that varietal differences can have an impact on the potential harvest. This can differ from farm to farm.
4. The Biological Factor
This is the area where the Consultation starts to focus on all the short falls that we have identified in our growing systems and start to use Biological inoculates, bio stimulants and cover crops to help us resolve the challenges that we have identified.
5. Mineral nutrition/ fertilizer programs
In our consultation we try to limit excessive fertilizer applications. The best way to do this is by using plant sap analysis.
Our fertilizer practices is focused on precision applications, breaking away from traditional bulk applications and fine tuning it by using plant sap analysis. This gives us the advantage to identify a hidden hunger of a plant and rectify it, giving us ultimate plant health and ensuring we leave our soils in a better condition than they were before planting.

Pruning consultation
Although this is not our key focus, it forms part of the consulting business, focusing on phenology, orientation, and topography. This is all part of the equation when deciding what practices and techniques to use and follow. We have worked on Figs, Citrus, Pomegranates and Olives in the past.

When it comes to plant nutrition no other system comes close to precision management of plant nutrition as plant sap analysis does, active measurement of what is taken up by plants giving us the forehand when it comes when deciding what to apply next to ensure optimal and healthy growth.
